I’m jealous of Woody Allen.

I’m jealous of Woody Allen, not for his talent or success. That’s deservedly his.

I’m jealous that he has known for most of his life that he was a confused mess and accepted it. I’m jealous that instead of wasting years, stumbling around in the world trying to “get it right”, he realized early on that he did not fit into conventional society and moved on. I’m jealous and in awe. I want to be Woody Allen in my next life. I fear it’s too late for this one. He’s got it all wrapped up. Thank you Woody. You inspire me.
